I’m a researcher, facilitator and consultant with a Master’s in Education from King’s College London. I’ve worked across community-led research, participatory projects and national programmes, with a focus on equity, health, and amplifying underrepresented voices.
I’m drawn to co-production that centres lived experience and actively redistributes power. As an Irish Traveller woman, I know how often communities are spoken for and I believe co-production can challenge that by creating space for real leadership and ownership. I’m especially interested in redistributing power in research and policy, and creating spaces where people shape the agendas that affect their lives.
Care, trust and accountability really matter to me. I want the work I do to be useful, ethical and rooted in relationships, not just outputs. It’s about building solidarity, shifting narratives, and making space for people to speak on their own terms.
