Joining the Co-create team has enlightened me to the co-production process and how instrumental it can be for significantly engendering change. Co-production involves the people directly affected by the decisions made.

This engagement in finding solutions together benefits businesses and communities in a meaningful way. The non-linear and iterative nature of this process really appeals to me as a mechanism for inclusivity within the community.

Within Co-create, my role as a Coordinator is to manage the financial and administerial aspects. I work on maintaining and developing processes to ensure Co-create’s activities run smoothly. This gives us an effective foundation from which to engage meaningfully with our clients.
