Rosie Ayub, Co-create Associate

I bring over 30 years’ experience in health and social care, using intuitive facilitation and creative methods like Socio-Drama to help groups explore systems in new ways. Skilled in hosting sensitive conversations, I’ve worked in challenging environments such as secure mental health hospitals and prisons. I am an Art of Hosting Practitioner and Flow Game Host.

I am deeply passionate around fostering a creative process that is rooted in equality and inclusivity, building human connections. For me, co-production is about bringing diverse voices and perspectives together in a collaborative space where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute. It’s about breaking down hierarchical structures and embracing an approach that honours the unique gifts, experiences, and creativity of each individual and nurtures an environment where every contribution is respected as equally significant. This creates and strengthening the connections and shared purpose among all participants.

Authenticity in my work is so important to me, both with in the team I am working and any groups and organisations we work alongside. Being clear about the agenda and transparent about what can be done. This also includes recognising and valuing the human element of interactions and where people are at on any given day.
