My co-production experience is influenced by my own lived experience and involvement in advisory groups for a range of organisations including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and NHS England. I bring six years of project management experience from lived experience research, project evaluation and partnership working.
As someone from a usually marginalised group, I am committed to ensuring people with lived experience are meaningfully involved in the co-design and co-delivery of the services and strategy that influence their lives.
