I create tools, processes and spaces that help good conversations to happen, enabling people to tell their stories and take part in designing healthier, better connected communities.
I really enjoy finding ways to bring people together and helping collaboration to happen. Not only amplifying the experience and expertise of people who are rarely listened to, but also helping organisations to experience, value and enjoy new ways of working.
For me, the true value of helping people to work together is not only finding better solutions but discovering the right problems to solve in the first place.
Striving for inclusion and accessibility really matters to me – ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to take part and contribute. This requires us all to listen, learn, honestly reflect and be willing to do things differently in the future.
