Michael Scarborough

I’m passionate about encouraging participation and working with people to create meaningful and progressive change.

I’ve worked in Students’ Unions in Sheffield and London in roles that have focused on embedding students into local life through volunteering and community engagement. Until recently I was a Regional Director of a community union, I have a Masters in English Literature, and I am a co-founder of a local collaborative radio project.

I’ve worked in various support roles with Co-create, including workshop facilitation, data recording and tech support, in projects for clients including NHS Trusts, local government and a healthcare charity. I try to help create spaces that are welcoming and easy to access, to encourage and empower everyone to contribute to co-production.
